V4 Creative Industries Incubator Project

What Is It?
The Visegrád Creative Industries Incubator Project is a transformative initiative designed to empower emerging artists within the Visegrád Group (V4) countries—Poland, Hungary, Czechia, and Slovakia—by bridging the gap between creativity and entrepreneurship. Despite the wealth of talent and innovative ideas in the region, many creative professionals struggle with the business acumen necessary to turn their passions into sustainable and profitable ventures. This project aims to address this challenge by providing tailored coaching, mentorship, and educational resources that equip participants with essential business skills.
Victory Art, with its proven track record in supporting creative industries across Europe, leads this transformative initiative. We have partnered with prominent organizations like the Norwegian Society of Composers and Lyricists and Poland’s GJW to uplift creative professionals in regions where support is limited. Our experience in co-hosting seminars, online exhibitions, and educational projects positions us to make a significant impact on the V4 region's creative sector.
We are looking for 20 emerging artists from the V4 countries who are eager to transform their creative ideas into thriving businesses. Our selection process is rigorous, ensuring a diverse representation of talent and potential. Successful candidates will embark on a year-long journey of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Empower V4 artists by equipping them with essential business skills, fostering a collaborative community, and enhancing the market presence of creative ventures. Through tailored coaching and educational resources, we seek to drive innovation in the V4 creative industries.
Achieving these objectives will transform creative talent into sustainable businesses, fostering a supportive ecosystem that promotes growth and innovation. This, in turn, will contribute to the cultural and economic development of the V4 region.
