VICTORY ART IN RUSSIA
I am a Russian artist with Siberian roots. For as long as I can remember I was always drawing, my parents had to change the wallpaper in my bedroom almost yearly, because I would draw on literally anything I could draw on. I realized from a young age that art can change the perception of the space you find yourself in, it felt magical almost.

My creative path began with art photography and digital art, and painting has become the necessary and logical link of self-expression, which gives a direct, «offline» contact of the artist with his work. |

Artist Irina Pronina paints light-filled watercolor still lifes and landscapes of the Russian countryside. She was born and raised in Moscow, and began studying art at a young age. Following her passion for painting, she attended the prestigious Higher School of Folk Arts in St. Petersburg, where she trained to be a master silk painter. After graduating, she spent several years creating artworks on silk, however, she found that the traditional technique did not further her search for her own style. Inspired by a group of modern Russian watercolorists, Irina discovered her enthusiasm for the flowing medium.

I was born in Russia, my home is in Montenegro, and I currently mostly reside in Serbia. I’ve had interest in art ever since I was little. I’ve always loved drawing and painting because my mind can wander during the process and I find it very relaxing.

I am a contemporary mosaic artist living and working in Moscow, Russia. For more than 15 years I am engaged in the decoration of private and public interiors and collaborate with designers and interior stylists. I create wall panels, sculptures and art pieces, decorate restaurants and working spaces with mosaics artworks. Mosaic is the love of my life. Since I tried to work and arrange these multi-colored pieces of glass I cannot imagine my life without what I love.

I have been painting since 2008, but my hobby has never been taken seriously by my loved ones. Most of the time I create portraits. The more I heard that I was doing "the wrong thing", the more detailed and realistic I became about faces. That's how my hobby became a passion. |

I started painting a little over 3 years ago. But I was so inspired by this process that since then I have painted over 200 paintings. I get tremendous pleasure from the process, and practically cannot stop since then. |
